Vadim Tur was born in 1963 in St. Petersburg. He received a versatile academic music education in the areas of - composition, music theory, academic choir. Vadim Tur is the author of musicals for children and the whole family “The Tale of a Stupid Mouse” (2009), “Sleeping Beauty” (2016), based on the works of Daniil Kharms (2023).
The libretto of the musical "The Tale of the Foolish Mouse" is based on the poems of S.Ya. Marshak, but unlike the original source, where the mouse disappears after meeting with the Cat, the musical has a positive ending.
